Shipping policy

READY TO SHIP:

Our ready to ship tumblers with the option of adding a decal will take to add a decal.  We do offer tumblers that are completely done and will be shipped same day to 2 days from order date.  If you add a decal to any ready to ship tumbler the turnaround time is 1 to 2 weeks from order date to shipment date.  Please note, our working days are Monday through Friday.  Holidays and weekends are not included in turnaround time. 

Please note, circumstances may arise in which the turn around is extended, communication will be made via email by Four Daughters Designs Inc. to the customer.

CUSTOM TUMBLERS:

Custom tumblers have a current 10 week turnaround time.  Holidays and weekend are not included in turnaround time.

Please note:  To ensure that orders are done in a timely manner not all customs may be done on live.  I will be working order in the way orders are received.  I will do customs on live; however, I will process them as the order number comes up.  Your order may be processed without you being on live to see it processed.  This ensures that orders are being processed and shipped out in my turnaround time and also that no one is waiting longer on their order due to some not being able to be on live to see their cup be made.  I understand work, kids, appointments, school functions, etc. happen and prevent you from being on live.  Completely understandable and out of our control.  I strive in my customer service, products, and turnaround time.
